Who can become a Moldova IT Park resident?

What tax regime applies to IT Park residents?
Residents pay a single tax that replaces several taxes and contributions. Its rate, the minimum amounts and the conditions are set by law and have changed over time, so we check the rules in force for your case. For calculations, we recommend involving your accountant or tax adviser.
What documents are needed for the application?
Usually: the company's registration documents, a description of its activities and products, information on founders and beneficial owners, and supporting documents on the eligible activities. If the company is new, we prepare its founding documents first. The exact list depends on your case.
