Legal assistance and representation in the Republic of Moldova

i-avocat is a law practice active since 2019. We advise clients, draft documents and represent clients before the courts, public authorities and contractual partners.

We work with companies, foreign investors and individuals, mainly in corporate and commercial law, including the energy sector, as well as in civil, criminal and administrative matters. Consultations are held in Romanian, Russian, English and Spanish, at our office or by video call.

Andrei Baș, lawyer

Licensed lawyer in the Republic of Moldova and member of the Chișinău Bar. He personally coordinates every case and leads the i-avocat team. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including the natural gas and electricity markets, as well as civil, criminal and administrative litigation.

The fee is set after assessing the case and is recorded in the legal assistance contract before work begins.

How we work together

Each stage is agreed with the client. Work on the case begins once the legal assistance contract is signed.

Fees

The fee depends on the complexity of the case and the amount of work and is recorded in the legal assistance contract. State fees, translation, notary and other related costs are paid separately.

Clients abroad

The consultation can take place by video call, and representation is usually carried out under the lawyer's mandate or a power of attorney, without the client being present in the Republic of Moldova.
