For job applications we also process professional status, experience, languages, cover letter, the professional profile indicated and the CV sent by e-mail. Cookies and similar technologies collect technical data about your visit, as described in the cookie policy below.
At your own initiative, the description of the situation may include data on criminal cases, administrative offences or health, as well as data about other persons involved. Please share through the form only what is necessary for the preliminary assessment; these data are processed solely to provide legal assistance, under professional secrecy and under the conditions laid down in Law No. 195/2024 for special categories of data and for data relating to criminal convictions.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data from forms and messages are processed to reply to you and to carry out a preliminary assessment of your situation, as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Law); the data you choose to add about your situation are processed on the basis of the consent given in the form (Article 6(1)(a)). Once a legal assistance contract is concluded, data are processed to perform it (point (b)) and to comply with the legal obligations of the law office, including accounting and client identification obligations (point (c)).
The e-mail subscription to legislative updates is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message. Job applications are processed for recruitment to the chosen position; they are kept for future vacancies only with the separate consent ticked in the form. Traffic and advertising measurement takes place only with the consent given through the cookie banner. Data may also be processed for website security and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, on the basis of the law office’s legitimate interest (point (f)).

Transfers take place only under the conditions of Law No. 195/2024: to countries ensuring an adequate level of protection or on the basis of safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
